As promised, this is a scheduled post, a week after the event.
"Walk for a greener tomorrow", is the theme for Walkathon 2009. As prescribed, this should be a walk event, but eventually, there will be somebody who runs during this event, and one of them, is ME (My run time was 39'09"63, with approximate distance of 6 to 7 km).
Alright, this was a great event, with great participation and great supports from the community. Approximately 200++ participants turned up for the walk, witnessed another 'Green sea' around Sunway parameter.

And of course, the organizing team was being so dedicated; wake up early in the morning, doing stuffs in the dark, collecting rubbish and etc. Meanwhile, most of them were so 'high' after the event. (Relieved, perhaps?)

The RCs (Rubbish Collectors)
As observed, this event also provides the chance to enhance the bond between family, friends or perhaps lover. Instead of tired faces, there were more smiley faces among the participants; which I felt that we did serve, for the better and harmony community.

ooo walkathon post. hehe..i haven't posted yet. hehe..will do it soon =D kinda miss all the happenings..or rather, busy-ness, before the event. now gotta concentrate on exams >.<
yup, is WAR time... good luck then...
LOL.. i was sitting at the right hand side (of the group pic) and the stupid camera man didn't caught me :X zha dou! waste my time sitting there =.=
owh.. Sorry bout that o.. too bad i'm not the cameraman for the day.. XD
